04 How It Works

  1. Choose Your Language: Once you open the tool, click the language switcher in the top right corner. Select Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, or Japanese to instantly swap the interface.

  2. Enter the Details: Use the left editing panel to fill in your invoice number, issue date, and payment deadline. Then, enter the name, company, address, and contact info for both you (the payee) and your client (the payer).

  3. Add Line Items: Click "Add Item" to list your services, quantities, and rates. The system will automatically calculate the subtotal. If you have discounts or shipping fees, just drop them into their respective fields.

  4. Set Up Taxes: Choose your tax configuration—whether it's Tax-Free, Tax Inclusive, Tax Exclusive, or a Custom Rate—and the system will update the total in real time.

  5. Export to PDF: Review your layout in the live A4 preview on the right. Once everything looks perfect, click "Export PDF." When the print dialog pops up, simply select "Save as PDF" to download your finished invoice.
