Situated in Osaka’s Namba district, Fukujukan is a high-end restaurant directly managed by a venerable butcher shop established back in the Meiji era (1868-1912). It specializes in serving exquisite, top-grade Kuroge Wagyu beef cuisine.

Sourced directly from their own managed farm, the Wagyu served here is exceptionally tender and boasts a rich flavor profile, earning it the moniker “Art of Flavor.” Guests can savor this premium beef prepared through various methods, including Sukiyaki, Shabu-shabu, Teppanyaki, and Yakiniku, allowing for a full appreciation of the Wagyu’s deliciousness.

Highly recommended are the Sukiyaki course, which utilizes a special house sauce (warishita) to perfectly highlight the beef’s umami, and the Teppanyaki course, where skilled chefs cook live at the grill right before your eyes, providing both a visual spectacle and a treat for the palate.

Furthermore, the restaurant offers a curated selection of wines and Japanese sake designed to pair beautifully with the cuisine, elevating the overall dining experience.
