In Tokyo’s food universe, finding a chic, soulful restaurant is harder than free Wi-Fi! But in the alleys between Daikanyama and Shibuya, “Have More Curry” shines. It’s no ordinary curry joint—think rebel prince with a veggie crown, turning every bite into a flavor party with “veggies and spices.”

Specialty: Veggies Star, Spices Support

“Have More Curry” lives by “eating veggies with spices.” Light, layered, and healthy—not greasy. Owner Yohei Matsuzaki obsesses over veggies, blending their sweetness with wild spices. Each dish is a fresh, bold veggie runway show.

No wheat, oil, or sugar—just fermented foods and smart spices for a warm, rich taste. Inspired by Indian curry and San Francisco vibes, it’s an “international curry” that leaves you guessing its roots.

Vibe: Blue Cottage Exotic Charm

Step into “Have More Curry” and its bold blue wall grabs you—like a Mediterranean island or exotic market vibe, mysterious yet cozy. It’s fresh and laid-back, not heavy like typical Indian spots. Wooden furniture, simple decor, and a hint of spice relax you instantly.

Signature Dish: Veggie & Bean Curry Duo

The “Veggie and Bean Curry Set” is a must—curry’s dynamic duo. Veggie curry brings light sweet-tang, while bean curry backs it with garlicky warmth. Seasonal picks like cabbage or carrots star with mild spice and cumin, pure bliss. Bean curry’s soft beans and layered spices steal the show—some say, “These beans can act!”

Add ons? Try “Indian cabbage potage” or “coconut root stew” for a tongue party. “Cheese Keema Curry” melts cheese into spices, aroma so strong it turns heads. At 1000-1999 yen, it’s a steal.

“Have More Curry” began with Yohei Matsuzaki’s curry journey. Born 1979 in Chiba, he was a music guy until Japan’s curries hooked him. After an India pilgrimage, he trained at Shinjuku’s “curry Kusamakura.” In 2014, he popped up twice monthly at a borrowed café in Toshima, skyrocketing by word-of-mouth. In 2015, his first shop in Omotesando won the “Curry Award 2015” rookie prize—a curry star was born.

It’s no forgettable fast food—it’s art. Fresh veggies and lively spices surprise every bite. Love curry, veggies, or need a break? Hit Daikanyama. You’ll yell, “More, please!”
